We are looking for a Quality and Measurement Technician (m/f/d) for our location in Stainz with immediate effect.
Tasks:
- Creation of measurement reports
- Creation of measurement programmes incl. programming on 3D coordinate measuring machine. Programming on 3D coordinate measuring machine
- Conducting initial sampling to the customer and creating the necessary documents
- Contact person for the customer for all quality issues in projects
- Creation of quality documents (production control plan, test instructions, work instructions, etc.). )
- Involvement in PPAP / PPF sampling to the customer
- Involvement in APQP
- Involvement in FMEA-s
- Conducting MSA's and process capabilities
- Involvement in process acceptances and VDA 6. 3 audits
- Reporting on projects to the Quality Manager
- Measurement equipment management
requirements:
- Completed basic technical training (apprenticeship, Technical college or HTL)
- Experience in project quality in the automotive sector
- Knowledge of sampling procedures PPAP / PPF (VDA Volume 2)
- Written and spoken German
- Written and spoken English desirable
- Experience with 3D measuring machine (Zeiss) an advantage
- Handling of test equipment
- Willingness to work and learn, precise and structured way of working, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
