We have established a modern and innovative infrastructure in order to be able to implement short-term, customised, customer-specific solutions. We manufacture products for a number of industries where economic development is not parallel, so it is important for us to be able to act flexibly. Production takes place around the clock (24h / 3-shift operation) and is predominantly fully automated.
For our customers, this means they can enjoy short turnover times from order to delivery.

2-component injection moulding

What with 30 years of experience in plastic injection moulding, we are proud to be specialists in multi-component technology. We offer solutions for your products using different plastics or plastic-metal combinations - this means that when 2-component injection moulding, we are able to process two different plastics simultaneously within one tool. The advantage of this way of working is obvious - by using different materials, we are able to combine different material properties within one component. Our tools make it possible to realise hard/hard and soft/hard combinations. The options are endless and extend from injected seals to 2-component MID parts. We have everything covered, and are proud to be Austria’s largest 2-components injection moulding company.

Our Machinery

In order to be able to provide quality, market-ready products, the first port of call is to operate with state-of-the-art injection moulding machines. As such, we use 26 injection moulding machines by brands such as Engel, Demag, Battenfeld and Fanuc. Twenty-one of these injection moulding machines (from 50 to 800 tonnes) are largely fully automated and feature handling equipment (injection weight 1g - 3000g). Six 2-component injection moulding machines (from 80 to 200 tonnes) can be used with rotary table, index plate and transfer processes. We also operate two 100-tonnes electric injection moulding machines. This enables us to offer a high degree of flexibility for both high-volume production and small batches.
